Believing that the Men of St. Paul AMEC are being called to study to show themselves approved to God, to be workers who do not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth (2Timothy 2:15), and believing that the Men of St. Paul AMEC have a responsibility to study God’s word, to know God’s word, to understand God’s word, and to apply it with Godly wisdom, a time has been set aside, weekly, to assemble in order to intentionally read, discuss, and ingest God’s word, as a community of bel believers, so that the Men of St. Paul AMEC might grow and develop to be complete and thoroughly equipped for every good work (Ephesians 3:17).
The Men meet Saturday mornings. Thus far we have studied the books of John, Romans, Hebrews, James, 1 & 2 Peter, 1, 2, & 3 John, Jude, Revelation, and Acts. Currently, we are examining Isaiah. A companion book is used to provide questions and insights that generate good and enlightening discussions concerning the Biblical book under study. Participants are challenged to decipher how the materials covered apply to their own lives. All men are welcome and encouraged to join and participate in these weekly sessions.
